tl;dr: email strategy + design for Dateability’s relaunch

I designed and led a strategic email system for Dateability that paired accessible, human-centered design with behavior-based strategy—integrating app actions, onboarding milestones, and engagement signals to support meaningful connection around a mission-driven cause.

This was such a fun project, especially in curating imagery that reflects a wide range of disabilities and experiences. Every visual choice was intentional, balancing warmth and realism while ensuring the emails were fully accessible across dark mode and user accessibility settings, without sacrificing clarity or design integrity.
